Using topical calamine and benedryl which is not helping. PMH: negative. NKDA BP: 125/62 P: 82 R: 16 T: 98.8 Weight: 82.7 kg Exam reveals an extensive, erythematous, maculopaular rash covering all four extremities, neck and face.
